Richell, in collaboration with the Magicwave Group, has launched an official distribution and customer care system in Vietnam, starting on January 2nd. Richell products are currently sold at mother-and-baby product stores, supermarkets, and traditional retail outlets across the country, with Magicwave Group responsible for distribution.

Founded in 1956 in Japan, Richell is one of the leading brands in children’s products, household goods, and healthcare products. The company offers a diverse product ecosystem and adheres to the philosophy: “Bringing smiles to the world – Elevating life with quality products.” According to a Richell representative, the company continuously invests in and develops children’s products to meet the ever-increasing demands of global customers.

Richell’s products have earned the trust and satisfaction of mothers in Japan and many other countries. In 2023, a survey conducted by the Tamahiyo 2024 Baby Goods Awards (organized by Tamago Club and Hiyoko Club magazines) revealed that Richell’s products were rated the highest by parents in terms of quality and usefulness for babies.
Since 2002, Richell has received the Good Design Award every year, organized by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion (JIDP). This award originates from the “Good Design Selection System,” established in 1957.
In Japan, Richell baby products are displayed and sold in over 2,000 mother-and-baby stores. Richell products are also available in 5,000 pharmacies across Japan. Additionally, Richell is actively expanding its global branch network.

Magicwave, the distributor, is responsible for bringing Richell baby care products to Vietnamese consumers, making baby care easier and safer. Magicwave currently has a network of over 7,000 sales points in 54 provinces. All sales points are equipped with a system that manages data centrally on a daily basis. Among the 39 ISO processes the company applies, 28 focus on improving customer service quality.
